- Every piece we list is manually inspected and pre-authenticated prior to listing. We have been in this business for 21 years, which is more than double the years for most authentication service companies. While we absolutely refer them to our clients for their expertise (and include a fact sheet on recommendations for the most reputable services), expert companies do lean on us from time to time for a second opinion.
- We do not only ensure authenticity, but product integrity. This means that we do not sell items that, while it may be authentic, were originally one color at one point but redyed to another. We also do not sell items with replaced hardware, added feet, or any other aftermarket alterations. This is something that we see more than 70 percent of sellers in this space miss - not intentionally, but many do not know. Furthermore, if an item has been reconditioned or spa'ed, we will always disclose this, but we do try our best to not procure items that have been touched since the point of sale.
- Photographs for each listing are unique to the bag for sale that the customer will receive. Even if it is the exact same model, we will never re-use photos
- All of our items come with a double-your-money-back guarantee on authenticity. That means that we guarantee the authenticity of this item to the point where if you ever were to find it not authentic, we would refund twice the amount of your initial purchase price.
