Authentication Vouchers

If you have purchased an item from us, you are entitled to a free authentication voucher good for one (1) email authentication with Etinceler Authentications.

(Note: As of March 2021, Etinceler Authentications has retired after being the premier go-to authentication source for Chanel bags; however one of their members have graciously offered to stay on board to continue to provide authentication services to our customers). 

Boutique Patina is not affiliated with Etinceler Authentications in any way. Other third party authentication services are available as well (examples here). It is just that the free vouchers are with Etinceler. We have chosen Etinceler Authentications because we are U.S.-based and so is the service, and because they only specialize in Chanel as they have been for the last twenty years. Again, Boutique Patina and Etinceler are not related in any way. 

To request your free authorization as a paying customer, please follow the steps below.

 

1. VERIFY YOUR ITEM RECEIVED, FIRST

View the detailed item images we have shared with you online, and cross-check it with the bag. Or, you can go to the original listing description as well. Check your bag in your hand against the photos.

- Is the color the same?

- Is the serial number the same as the serial number in the photos?

- Are the markings the same?

If YES, proceed to Step 2.

If NO, contact us immediately at 714-988-3415 or mail@boutiquepatina.com.

 

2. FIVE STEPS TO AUTHENTICATION - VERIFY AUTHENTICITY FOR FREE VIA EMAIL

1. Send an email to

etincelerauthentications@gmail.com (email address for experts from EtincelerAuthentications.com)

- There is a CODE which was either emailed to you, or sent to you in your package. Reference that code and place in subject line. 

- In the body of the email, include the link to the pictures, whether it be the high-res image page we sent you in the code email, the listing from your purchase on boutiquepatina.com, SnobSwap, or Ebay. If you purchased the item via PayPal, you can reference the website listing (verify your item with the listing photos as in Step 1 above first). You can also attach your own photos, but be sure to include that along with the listing link. 

- Follow this example email and copy and paste it. You do not have to copy us on the email. 

   

3. AWAIT A RESPONSE

Etinceler should get back to you in their allotted time frame regarding the authenticity of your purchase with Boutique Patina.

Boutique Patina is not affiliated with any of these brands or companies, but we sell items purchased from these companies at a previous time.
